Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate at AISATS in New Delhi. As an Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, which may include assisting with ground handling, providing passenger assistance, apron services, and air cargo handling. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure safe and efficient operations at the airport.
Qualifications
- Experience in airport operations or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
