Who are we looking for?

As Airblack enters our next phase of growth to build the largest skilling academy in India, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The TA Intern would help in scaling our inside-sales hiring and ensuring key talent requirements are met across other core functions. 

This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of talent acquisition, offering a tailored emphasis on the nuances of recruiting. If you are passionate about learning talent acquisition and building high-performance teams, then this is the right opportunity for you.

What would you be doing?

• Responsible for mass-hiring for Airblack’s inside-sales team through both campus hiring and recruiting through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and other Job portals. Bonus: Become a key 0-1 contributor to Airblack’s center expansion across North and West India!
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for sales roles.
• Oversee overall compliance and policy adherence relating to both full-time and contractual employees.
• Coordinate and schedule comprehensive interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Utilize a diverse range of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

• Currently pursuing or graduated having Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage
• Experience with campus recruitment and recruitment from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills in both Hindi and English.
• You are target-focused and willing to go an extra mile to achieve it
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders

Stipend: 20K/ month
