Duties & Responsibilities
Understands the employee life cycle within the organization across aspects of
recruitment, onboarding, query resolution, rewards & recognition and exit
New joiner welcome and HR connect activities
Database management activities
Provide status report on key HR activities
Research market trends to support new HR initiatives like:
Internal career development frameworks
Differently abled hiring and integration
Training needs analysis
Professional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in G Suite tools
Good communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple task
Willingness to work from Airbus Bangalore office premises is a must
