Job Title Job Type Location Assistant Manager – HR & Full Time Ahmedabad ADMIN Job Summary: As an HR professional in the healthcare diagnostics industry, your daily tasks would typically involve a wide range of responsibilities related to managing the human resources functions within the organization, ensuring that all the tasks are completing on time with accuracy.Key Responsibilities: I. Daily Tasks 1. Attendance Attendance Tracking and Updation in softwareEmployee Attendance CommunicationAttendance Data Analysis – to identify patterns such as frequent absences or late arrivals2. Preparing and Sharing MISEmployee Tracker – branch wise and department wiseLeave Tracker – branch wise and department wiseRecruitment TrackerOnboarding Tracker -Stages completed in onboarding each employee (e.g., employeeID generation awa creation in biometric of respective center, joining docket, ID card,Visiting card, branch allocation)II. Other Than Daily Tasks 1. Respond to employees’ query promptly.2. HR Administration: Performing general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, managing HR systems and databases, and preparing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.3. Recruitment and Hiring: This involves posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers to qualified candidates.
