Full Job Description
Preparation of Vendors reconciliation
Performs data collection from internal & external sources and further analysis
Coordinate and arrange closure of reconciliation Open Items
Preparation of monthly reporting schedules and other MIS.
Works with various departments including accounts payable, warehouse, OPCO and vendors to research and resolve gaps in books.
Managing Statutory/Internal Audit requirements and observations.
Regular review of work done and driving open issues for closure.
Maintains vendor information up-to-date, including data management of vendors statements, reconciliation and other reports.
