What will you do?
- Designing of FTTH ODN for Town/Launch Area.
- Fiber optic drawing and design based on the cable type, allocation, capacity and there fiber jointing schematic Access OSP Route Network.
- FTTH BOM & BOQ Preparations.
- Validation of FTTH Designs and Plans for Execution.
- Site surveys and attending meetings with Local Cable Operator
- Directing The Survey Teams for information capture.
- Calculation of the OSP and ODN link budgets.
- Cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies.
- CAPEX & OPEX calculations for better planning and further O&M activities.
- Monitor and ensure proper completion of network surveying/design activities by Survey Team and third party vendors.
- Tracking the network rollout executed by Franchises in the city.
- Involves extensive travel in and surrounding towns planned to be launched.
- Network inventory updation in GIS.
- OLT Sites finalization and implementation.
- RFAI from Infra Providers

You are an ideal FIT if you have
- 4-7 year of Network Planning & Deployment experience preferably a mix of key telecom vendors and operators
- Strong partner management skills in highly outsourced environments
- Capability to interface and handle Franchisee interactions
- Strong analytical and techno-commercial skills.
