Graduates / Post Graduates with 1 to 6 years of work experience in similar field.2. Good Proficiency in English communication skills and computer skills3. Should be Ready to work in rotational shifts and on Sundays1. Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, and websites as per the brief from the senior Designer.2. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief from the Department head.3. Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material.4. Mentoring the creative designers and overseeing their work.
5. Providing ideas on creative layouts and campaigns.6. Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.Roles and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements (develop concepts for social-media posts, advertisements, etc.)
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop creative illustrations, posters and other designs using designing tools
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with marketing team to produce final design
• Test graphics and refine designs after feedback
• Pay attention to detail
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
