As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being the primary point of contact for the customer to provide post-sale support, onboarding and operational effectiveness
• Being an expert on the customer portal, accountable for advising and training stakeholders
• Analysing and interpreting customer usage data to contributing to customer success
• Developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to professionally communicate with stakeholders including senior executives
• Demonstrate the ability of taking ownership of the customer success process
• Demonstrate data integration skills by managing and interpreting customer data to provide recommendations and support to our internal teams and customers
• Have a keen interest in understanding how the internet works
• Be highly accountable with prioritization skills and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
