Job Description:
We are looking candidates for one of our client, on an urgent basis, for QA/QC Chemist as per details given below:
Our client is an Exporter, Manufacturer and Trading
Company. It is equipped with the most modern facilities, well established microbiology lab, research and development cell and testing units certified with GMP & ISO 9001:2008- and GMP-certified.
Job profile for QC & QA Chemist:
Monitoring of all activities performed in the QA/QC department in order to comply with GMP and GLP.
Training of workers with reference to GMP and GLP requirements
Initiation of any corrective action with respect to the quality-related documents.
Involving in internal, external inspection and audits.
Verification of all documents with reference to quality management
Responsibility for preparing documentation and maintaining the records of the testing of samples
In process of Quality assurance activities in all the departments.
To verify and check of dispensing for a batch and to maintain the record of line clearance
Monitoring of shop floor activities
To review the BMR/BPR
To carry out the IPQC checks during production activities
To carry out the bulk or finished product analysis and record the same
Verbal and written reporting to the Head-Operations from the activities carried out for any external activities
To monitor the routine calibrations of instruments as well as and equipment in the laboratory as per SOP
Testing of water analysis, raw material, and packaging material.
Qualification :B.Sc Chemistry,Msc.Chemistry and B-Pharmacy
Experience: 3-7 Years
Gender: Male /Female
Salary: As per Industry Norms or depends upon experience and skills/Negotiable.
Location : Phase IV, IDA, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad-500055.
