Cacti Global Hiring for Finance Manager at Remote Full Time

• Work with the management to prioritize financial and operational needs and propose solutions and strategies to such challenges
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and identify valuable data sources to automate collection processes
• Have business acumen and the zeal to work closely with the client
• Handle invoicing, documentation and reconciliations and any such or similar ad hoc requests
• Coordinate strategic financial plan process for both the client and corporate, including expenses, income, insurance coverage, objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other elements to build a strategy
• Focus on all daily and month-end accounting procedures for the account results, including P&L activity (management fees, fee splits, gross-up entries, reclasses, etc.), balance sheet activity (deferrals, accruals); accounts receivable /cash application
• Support finance partners in the implementation of valuation models, development of ongoing measurement, tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions
• Provide insight on spending trends and cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities

Requirements

• Undergraduate in BBABCom.BMSBSc or BA EconomicsFinance
• Should have at least 5 years of proven work experience as a Financial AnalystAssociateManager
• Good data management using Excel. Knowledgeable in basic Formulas, Macros, Charts, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting etc
• A self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills
• Should have excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who has experience of articleship (CA) andor knowledge of Tally Prime, will have an advantage
