Akbar Offshore PVt Ltd Hiring for Executive Assistant to Director at Mumbai Full Time

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage Director or President calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (letters, packages etc. except Emails and Messaging services).
• Handle confidential documents of the Founder President (ID proof, Passport, etc.) ensuring they remain secure
• Manage and Handle legal documents of the Founder President both related to Akbar Offshore Pvt. Ltd. Or otherwise.•
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate

Desired Candidate Profile

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per month
