What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:
Take full ownership and orchestrate the business for the assigned key accounts: e.g. develop strategies, tactics, account plans and close plans.
Drives the cases forward and orchestrates between the key Tricorn roles adhering to Nokia SELL process.
Continuously develop a strong pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned quota(s).
Able to develop a trusted and relevant relationship(s) with key decision makers and influencers.
Understand customer’s today’s and tomorrow’s business pain points, business challenges and KPI’s and become relevant articulating how Nokia CNS can help to meet customer’s business objectives.
Understand the industry trends and future directions and able to articulate solutions addressing these with the customer
Position the Nokia CNS value proposition, demonstrate business benefits, added value and Return On Investment that differentia Nokia CNS from its competitors.
Lead and drive targeted sales campaigns and strategic initiatives
Introduce appropriate senior Nokia (CNS) management to develop and close opportunities at the right moment in time.
Partner with the broader Nokia teams to leverage joint solutioning and sales.
Work selectively with alliance partners to extend our sales coverage and find new sales channels.
Represent Nokia in a professional and an ethical manner.

Your skills and experience
You have:
8-12+ years of proven sales experience in a software company selling to the Communications industry.
Understand the Communications software industry, with proven track record selling solutions such as Monetization (BSS)/Analytics portfolio and other related software.
Good understanding of SaaS business model to push the relevant offerings.
Demonstrate experience with real cases how customer business challenges have been turned into successfully closing large and complex (>1M) business opportunities.
Show experience in building and nurturing relationships with customer’s Head of IT or C-Suite.
Solid business and financial acumen understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
Demonstrate a positive and flexible ‘can do’ approach in developing, driving and closing opportunities.
Ability to articulate the technical value proposition at high level and translate it into a business value position.
Ability to bring various teams together and lead a sales campaign.
Should be managing at least >3M€ annual New Business sales quota and have a proven track record to hit or exceed targets constantly.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
