What you will learn and contribute to

You will be joining Dashboard Development Team in CCS Service practice with key focus on reporting, dashboarding solution delivery including working on report migration requirements

What you will learn and contribute to

• Engage with customer and Customer teams for requirements gathering

• Product comparison of various BI tools

• Drive new technology solutions in BI to support reports and dashboards in Managed Services Projects

• Experience in PowerBI, Apache Superset, Tableau suite of products is preferred

• Advanced SQL knowledge and working experience in ETL tools and databases like Postgresql, MSSQL Server

• Experience in migration of reporting solution from one tools to another

• Translate customer requirements into a scalable, repeatable and configurable solutions

• Perform feasibility analysis and devise solutions as workarounds when working with product limitations

• Understand and capture the critical inputs of stakeholders and translate them into effective requirements.

• Develop as well as guide other developers involved in delivery of the Reporting Solution

  Your skills and experience

• Experience of 8+ years with strong experience in Telecommunication domain , specifically in incidents, alarms, KPIs, inventory

• Knowledge of general IT concepts (Operating Systems, Network Design, Information Security, IT Ops)

• Ability to review and understand customer requirement, sketch required solution, design and provide estimations and cost

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

• English-Fluent spoken and written

• Exhibits good project planning and time management skills

• Ability to work as a team, yet work independently on complex problems

  It would be nice if you also had:

• Proven experience in customer requirements analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.

• Exposure to Cloud based deployments & SW architecture

• Good understanding of Cloud Core, Transport and IP Network Architecture from an E2E perspective.

• The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

• Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent.

• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
