The team youll be part of

R&D Architecture (RDA) comprises capturing of business, operational, technical, and non- functional requirements from stakeholders and delivering an architecture to meet the defined needs and constraints. The scope of work includes processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional descriptions. RDA has a broad system and product architecture competence and ecosystem understanding.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

• take objective architecture and design decisions for the product considering the vision, facts on the ground (product/organizational considerations) and customer requirements

• contribute to the design of products with high availability and reliability requirements

• contribute to the design of a scalable product architecture which can support customers scalability requirements that are typical of cloud native architectures

• contribute to the development and evolution of performance models having gained a thorough undestanding of application usage scenarios

• collaborate with both internal and external test teams to support system dimensioning activities

• perform product reliability analysis and take a lead role in DFMEA activities

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Candidates with Bachelor´s in CS, EE, will be more relevant. Master’s degree a plus

• At least 10 years experience as a software professional

• At least 5 years development experience in industry grade programming languages like C/C++, JAVA, Go etc.

  It would be nice if you also had:

• At least 5 years experience of multi-process and/or multi-threaded application development

• At least 5 years experience as an R&D software architect

• Experience of large scale real-time database development and/or architecture

• Experience of cloud native architecture with Docker/CRI-O/KATA containers on Kubernetes container management environment on Linux

• Experience of performance test specification and performance/reliability analysis
