Job Title: All Gear Machine Operator

Location: Sheropuli

Duty Hours: 12 Hours

Operate and monitor all gear lathe machines for turning, facing, drilling, threading, and other machining operations.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.

Set up machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials as per job specifications.

Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing parts within specified tolerances.

Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operations.

Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Report any mechanical issues or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and maintenance.

Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work collaboratively with team members and support production goals and deadlines.

Job Title: Radial Drilling Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Operate radial drilling machines to perform drilling, tapping, reaming, and counterboring operations on metal components.

Read and understand engineering drawings, hole layouts, and job specifications.

Set up the workpiece securely on the machine table using clamps, vices, or fixtures.

Adjust the radial arm, spindle speed, and feed rate according to material type and job requirement.

Select and change appropriate drill bits and tools as per the job.

Monitor drilling operations to ensure precision, correct depth, and finish.

Use measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, depth gauges) to inspect and verify hole accuracy.

Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.

Record daily output and report any mechanical issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE (safety gloves, shoes, goggles, etc.) during operation.
