Key Job role-

Travel Services-

Expert in Visa service, understand the appointment process, various countries Visa requirement especially European, US and Australia

Forex arrangement for traveler

International and national Hotel booking and Airport pick up n drop

Should have contact and worked with local travel agencies and Visa service vendors

Vendor Invoicing-

Making monthly Forecast/Provisioning, and timely submitting it to Finance Team

Timely processing Vendor billing and keeping an up to date tracker of it

Should have knowledge of PO creation and PR creations

Understand budgeting and creating annual admin department budgets

Event Management-

In-House and Outdoor Employee Engagement Events

Assist in Organizing various team’s town halls and arranging certificates, trophies and welcome arrangement etc

IT & Non-IT Asset Management-

Procurement of IT assets

Inventory management of the assets IT & Non-IT

Related vendor Invoice processing

Facility Management-

Office Up-Keeps, pantry services,

HK/Pantry monthly order requisition,

Security services,

Cafe Operations,

Maintenance services

Transport Services

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification is graduation in any field or Hotel management graduate

Minimum 7+ experience in any Corporate

English communication skill is must (both verbal and written)
