Job Description
The Monitoring Activities Analyst oversees operational and tactical activities ensuring sustainability of Knowledge Management (KM) Standards and use of enterprise KM Tool. This role contributes to the strategic knowledge management vision maximizing the value of knowledge by employees, agents, and customers.
Job Responsibilities
Performs reporting and analysis to score business area adherence to established KM Operational Controls
Identifies business area KM improvement opportunities through trend analysis of KM Operational Controls data
Manages KM projects or initiatives with low complexity, including achievement of key performance indicators
