Under minimal supervision and guidance, provide technology support by investigating and resolving issues reported by internal and external clients. Effectively demonstrate customer care principles in all interactions

Experience
Experience – 1 to 2 years
1+ year of experience in technical support preferred
Troubleshooting experience of Enterprise applications, Windows & MAC OS.
Experience in logical reasoning to identify root cause of hardware/software break fix.
Working and collaborating with different level of support
Experience in handling customer queries through Calls, Chat and Self-help incidents
