Job description:Greet clients and set a positive atmosphere at reception.Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.Provide accurate information on all available courses, Fee’s structure & other queries to students / parents.Pantry Management.Visitor/Guest Management.Conference and meeting room’s management.Inventory and stationary Management.Handling procurement of Admin department.Organize bookkeeping of invoices, challan & timely submission to finance dept.Being proactive in all the task assigned and taking end to end responsibility of the tasks been assigned.Up keeping all the records to the date in the prescribed format.Handling the telephonic, verbal, and written communications with internal institutions/departments as well as external communications with clients/students/vendors.Offline and Online Data entry.Serving the visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.Experience: Minimum of 4 years.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 6358814001
