· Identify the organization’s current HR practices and policies, Compare them to industry best practices

· Identify areas where the organization could improve, Develop strategies to address identified gaps

· Align HR practices with overall business goals, Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of gap-closing strategies

Timely submission of internal and external reports

Designing and implementing a PMS across the company

Overall responsibility of managing the government. departments like factory inspector, health and safety, fire department, GPCB etc.

Setting up systems and procedures wherever needed

Appointment /selecting the right candidate.

Identify training needs & arranging training, development initiatives and track training.

Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with Government requirements

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English

Knowledge of MS Office

Go-getter attitude

Strong moral character

Experience: At least 5 years as a HR Manager or 1-2 years as HR Head with a workforce of over 100 people. Chemical industry experience is an added advantage.

Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in HR

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
