Roles and Responsibilities

• Must have sales experience in Crusher Marketing.
• Specialize in selling crushing/screening, and other construction heavy equipment
• Responsible for meeting company sales/rental, budget and profit goals
• Maintained and expanded vendor relationships
• Responsible to target customers in heavy construction equipment industries to develop
• Develop and implement specific marketing strategies
• Work closely with relevant departments throughout the sales process
• Detailed technical presentation and discussions with customers preparing proposal and cost estimations and quotations.
• Following up with the customers for deal finalizations.
• Getting product feedback from market & assisting in the rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, etc. Work Competencies Required
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue & meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
• Should be a team player.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Fluent in English , Hindi and regional languages (both spoken and written) for communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
• Able to travel frequently
• Preferred experience from crushing industry
• Must be aware of the geographical location
