What will your job look like?

• Understands and translates strategic company goals, business requirements, and user tasks and expectations into compelling user experiences
• Creates UX/UI solutions that take into consideration content, navigational structure, human-machine interaction, and non functional constraints with a holistic view
• Develops GUI visuals that are branded, creative, innovative, while facilitating a useful interactive experience, ensuring concepts and designs are consistent with the overall branding strategy and marketing initiatives
• Defines art vision, visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers
• Creates documentation, style guides and asset resources for the art and programming teams to follow and use
• Leads the design process through sessions with customers, showcasing the proposed design while engaging stakeholders
• Consistently advocates for the user’s interests while balancing professionalism with real world project constraints
• Collaborates with customer, design and development teams during Design phases and subsequent development support cycles. Guides and mentors team members and external parties such as, for example, design studios.

All you need is…

• Bachelor and/or Master Degree in a relevant field of study (i.e. Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related area.)
• Domain knowledge obtained through an academic background, certified usability training and/or equivalent sources
• Familiarity with prototyping and usability tools (Axure, Visio, Morae) – advantage
