Position Overview
The analyst will work on projects and adhoc analyses that the CRM team are engaged in. The analyst will use financial and travel data, in-house reporting tools, commercial/finance inputs and a deep understanding of our best practices to deliver key insights to the business.
Responsibilities
Assist the team with other ad hoc projects such as reporting, process reviews, and systems testing
Support Commercial team (Client Managers and their leaders) and provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis to the business
Coordinate trainings for the Commercial team on Client Financial Reports and KPIs and collaborate with them on profitability improvement actions
Analyze revenues and costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Commercial, Traveler Care, GSP and Finance teams
Work closely with Technology on system improvements to ensure consistency in the data used.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Mathematics.
Ideally, 3 years+ experience in previous roles such as financial/business analyst
B2B customer P&L experience is a plus
Proficient user of finance software with very good knowledge of Excel
Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
Ability to collaborate across geographies in a matrix structure
Experience working with large data sets
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI is a plus
