Roles and Responsibilities

• To be the first point of contact on the premises for visitors.
• Managing EPABX system.
• Handling Incoming and outgoing calls.
• Handling reception area, greeting visitors and guest and resolving their queries.
• Proactively responding to the inquiries for the Purpose of referrals and directions as required.
• Handling and maintaining files, record and couriers.
• Coordination with vendors for service, bills and payments.
• Coordination with pantry staff for requirement and resolving the issues.
• Handling housekeeping, office maintenance, office stationery, etc.
• Coordinating with staff members for booking of meeting and conference room

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Qualification: Any Graduate

Comfortable working at Karkhadi location (Near Vadodara)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flair to adapt to a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
