Job Profile :
Collecting client feedback through telephone & other modes.
Responsible for completing feedback surveys for Amplifon’s existing clients.
Ensuring Client Satisfaction, experience and retention.
Outbound calling
Capturing client feedback in the designated software.
Key expectations from the role :
Contact existing customers to capture feedback on product and services delivered by Amplifon.
Daily calling on Dialer which will be around minimum 150 approx. in a day.
Probing to take appropriate feedback from the client.
Handle grievances / overcome objections to preserve the company’s reputation.
Should be able to update all the details in points for further analysis. Provide insights and possible long-term solutions/corrective actions.
Should be able to contribute to small and major implementations for better customer satisfaction and experience.
Knowledge of NPS and C-Sat Score.
Qualification :
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree
Skill Requirements:
Excellent communication, soft skill to build customer rapport for effective interaction and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Auto dialers, CRM systems), MS office & Good Analytical skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients. Eager to perform Sales in future with Service cum Sales approach.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Flexibility and Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Multi language specialist – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and English (basic)
