Job Profile :

• Collecting client feedback through telephone & other modes.
• Responsible for completing feedback surveys for Amplifon’s existing clients.
• Ensuring Client Satisfaction, experience and retention.
• Outbound calling
• Capturing client feedback in the designated software.

Key expectations from the role :

• Contact existing customers to capture feedback on product and services delivered by Amplifon.
• Daily calling on Dialer which will be around minimum 150 approx. in a day.
• Probing to take appropriate feedback from the client.
• Handle grievances / overcome objections to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Should be able to update all the details in points for further analysis. Provide insights and possible long-term solutions/corrective actions.
• Should be able to contribute to small and major implementations for better customer satisfaction and experience.
• Knowledge of NPS and C-Sat Score.

Qualification :

Preferably Bachelor’s Degree

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent communication, soft skill to build customer rapport for effective interaction and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Auto dialers, CRM systems), MS office & Good Analytical skills.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients. Eager to perform Sales in future with Service cum Sales approach.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Flexibility and Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi language specialist – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and English (basic)
