Roles and Responsibilities
Managing end to end recruitment.
Screening candidates on telephonic conversation as well as during face to face interview before lining-up candidates for further round of interviews with business heads. Directly coordinating with business heads to close the position with the right candidate on time.
Experience in Recruitment like – Headhunting- Mid level hiring-job posting.
Experience in job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, Headhunting.
On-Boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks. Also creating offer letter and appointment letters.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Lead employment branding initiatives.
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Assist in employee retention and development
Supervise recruiting personnel
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Submission of periodic MIS to the concerned.
Any other work which may be required from time to time.
