Project Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand resource needs of a project and create demand forecasts
Submit the resource demand requests through the appropriate channels
Coordinate with RMG teams to identify internal fitment
Coordinate with TA teams to open external recruitment requests
Coordinate with project leadership, TA and RMG teams to schedule internal and customer interviews
Track and report overall demand vs supply status to project leadership
Perform project allocations to onboard new members in the internal tracking systems
Ensure newly onboarded members are inducted into the projects and connected to the right people
Review the upcoming planned releases with project leadership and take necessary actions to extend or release
Ensure time is accurately submitted in the time tracking systems (PTOs, holidays etc.)
Validate internal time submissions against customer’s and work with the team to resolve any discrepancies
Understand the engagement models and invoice schedules from the SOWs
Work with the finance teams and raise invoices in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Around 5 years of experience working for any IT services firm
Good understanding of RMG, TA and project administration activities
Ability to publish various reports to the leadership
Proficient in MS office suite
Good communication skills
Strong intent to learn and understand new systems and plan continuous improvements
