• Manage and Supervise Accounts Receivable
• Set regular weekly and monthly deadlines for updation of accounts.
• Prepare ageing reports of regular intervals (monthly, quarterly and annual).
• Reporting of Debtors on online platform
• Oversee the processing and organising of bills, records and invoices ensuring quality maintenance at every step.
• Ensure that all practices comply with the law.
• Regularisation and reconciliation of accounts with customers.
• Recording the cost of tangible and intangible fixed assets
• Tracking existing fixed assets
• Recording depreciation and amortisation/Depreciation run in SAP enviornment
• Assessing and accounting for impairments
• Accounting for the disposal of fixed assets onsale or at the end of their useful life/retirement of assets
• Manage physical verification of asset at regular interval
• Five or More year experience in the field of Finance & Accounts to manage and supervise the accounts receivable/collection accounting and reporting in SAP enviornment /Hands on experience of Fixed Assets accounting
• Exposure to accounting processes, customer reconciliation etc alongwith capability to organize, multitask and manage time.
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA/ CWA
