Position: – Field Sales Executive (Preferred FMCG Industry)
Reporting to: – Director of the company.
Experience: – 1 – 4 years.
Education: – Any Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, Marketing.
Salary: – Rs. 2.00 to 2.40 L.P.A. + (Incentive+Travel Allowance)

Job Description:-
– Demonstrating products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
– Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation.
– Responsible for appointing distributors, managing & supervising distribution network through distributors.
– Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
– Must have experience of B2B portals like (Indiamart, Udaan etc).
– Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
– Candidates must be Graduate / MBA Marketing with Min. 1 to 4 years of experience in the FMCG Industry.
Required Candidate Profile:-
– 1 to 4 years previous experience selling into online accounts.
– Working knowledge of the online sales process.
– Relationships within Amazon and other major online retailers.
– Ability to sell into multiple levels of customers, across multiple product lines.
– Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
– Will be responsible for New Product Launches, Distribution & Visibility.
– Looking after the Sales Promotion activities.
– Ready to Travel.
– Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
– 1 Years of relevant experience from FMCG, Retail, E commerce, Any other sales.

– Office Timing: Day, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
