Our Apparel Division Produces 1.35 million garments annually.

Job Describtion : –

Customer Relationship Manager – Arabic speaking.

• Calling, Emailing and keeping in touch with existing and new customers

• Getting customer inquiries and ensuring it is addressed timely

• Updating and Maintaining the CRM

• Acting as a point of communication between company and customer

• Proactively checking order status of current orders and informing management in case of delays.

• Handling new enquiries, sending quotes to customer, aggressively doing follow up to convert enquiry to Purchase order.

• Preparing sales contracts, Production & Packing instructions & other documentation.

Job Type: Full-time
