• A Kolkata based renowned Beverage manufacturing company looking for Senior Plant Engineer for its Cuttack plant. Company will provide accommodation.
• Job Description –

• Dealing with production in terms of handling of shifts, total production check, maintaining line productivity and planning
• Dealing with line breakdowns if any
• Maintenance: daily, weekly, monthly maintenance
• Dealing with issues related to quality
• Production Planning
• Ensuring the growth and development of the people reporting to this position via learning activities and training
• To ensure that the performance management process is carried out for the people
• Providing a healthy environment that encourages empowerment and diversity
• Carrying out people related activities like planning resources required, etc

• ProfileExperience and Qualification
• Engineering Graduation with approximately 4 to 10 years of experience

Skills and Behavioral Attributes * Excellent communication, and influencing skills

• High levels of persuasion and facilitator skills
• Strong organization skills
• High level of confidence & ability to carry himself
• Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
• Must have knowledge of blowing , labelling W.T.P, RFC

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per month
