These offerings include end-to-end solutions to benefits management, alignment of your benefit plans with corporate strategy and policies, considerable purchasing leverage, systematic and structured approach.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The System Delivery Coordinator is responsible for building and configuring the benefit schemes for clients using internal/external configurable platforms, against business requirements. The System Delivery Coordinator will work closely with the requirements owners (SA/DA/BA), providing support against internal user acceptance testing and user acceptance testing defects and will be responsible for improving quality in both the delivery of change and business as usual activities. Leading best practice adoption and improvement for the team. Participating in innovation initiatives and drive results on continuous improvement. Lead training to new configuration team members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role):
Ongoing Operations
Expert knowledge of flexible benefit and Health Care domain to support the client and the internal team
Provide technical expertise and domain knowledge
Work with the Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst to ensure key learning areas are driven out across all flex clients.
Effective and transparent communication with Ops Manager/Team.
Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
Able to prioritize and identify change requests and adapt build approach based on changes in scope.
Designing solutions and evaluating the risks to the business
Expert at stakeholder management
Hand-on experience in estimation, risk management, preparing dashboard, project progress report and summary reports and defect density reports to monitor the project.
Design & Configuration
Designing/encouraging innovative functional solutions which meet the needs of the client and are in line with the current strategy for the product
Experienced in all configuration tools and systems. Expert in at least two business configuration platforms.
Demonstrate flexibility to varying business demands both in terms of availability and technical delivery
Configuring the flexible benefit platform, workflow and content management systems in line with the business requirements
Include configuration friendly comments in the customization and descriptions to ease the maintenance
Identify system development needs and complete change request template document.
Domain Knowledge
Understanding of H&B, flexible Domain and implementation experience.
Configuration Skills
Subject matter expert of database model and able to evaluate data trends across clients
Proficient in writing complex queries.
Expert in at least two business technology tools (Pervasive, GI, Kentico).
Leading team initiatives around implementation approach to improve engagement, time management, analytical skills
