We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, along with experience in sales and service coordination. An MBA in Operations Management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Back-End Sales & Service Management:
Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and service requests related to kitchen equipment.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and effective resolutions for customer issues.
Sales & Service Coordination:
Facilitate communication between clients, sales teams, and technical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer and sales data.
Analyze CRM reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales and service processes.
Technical Product Knowledge:
Leverage knowledge of mechanical and electrical kitchen equipment to assist clients with product-related inquiries.
Keep the team informed about the latest product features, specifications, and updates.
Manage Technical Product Documentation:
Organize and maintain technical documentation, including product manuals, specifications, and service guidelines.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Preferred: MBA in Operations Management.
Experience: Experience in sales and service coordination, particularly in the kitchen equipment sector, is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
