Responsibilities :

• Manage social media exposure, and handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and reviews across multiple social media handles, gather periodic customer reviews on various review platforms like the Play store
• Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, & customer-oriented support to our consumers
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Work cross-functionally to identify product opportunities and provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Monitor customer’s progress towards achieving their KPIs by using Figure’s products and ensure that our CRM is up to date for efficient tracking of onboarding & billing-related activities
• Respond and resolve support tickets within defined timelines and resolve them by coordinating with necessary teams internally
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Communicate issues to appropriate teams as necessary for quick resolution
• Understand and learn to use all critical tools, dashboards and applications available for debugging an issue.
• Share insights to improve our application experience

Who you are:

• You have 1+ years of experience in operations, customer support, customer success, communications or related fields
• A Bachelors’s or a Master’s degree in administration/engineering or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills with attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice
• You have the energy, enthusiasm, and people skills to build strong relationships
• You care deeply for customer experience and will go the extra mile to help users solve problems
• Active listening is like an extreme sport for you – you do it with purpose and intensity to ensure clarity
• You will possess exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Prior experience in working with CRM tools

Experience: 1 -3 years

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Qualification: Bachelors’s or a Master’s degree in administration/engineering or a related field (CSE/Engineering, MBA/BBA Preferred)
