Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone, or by email

• Need to act as the individual Account Manager for each of the clients

• Need to analyze and understand the client needs and allocate the required information to them

• Generate sales leads as referrals from our existing clients

• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive attitude and a calm posture to handle the pressure

• Time management and planning skills

• Multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,007.00 per month
