Requirement:

Must have experience of working on W2 requirements.

• Must know the various work USA Visa backgrounds (L1, H1, OPT, GC etc)
• Must have experience in Recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, interviews scheduled, follow-ups.)
• Ability to assess candidate’s technical ability; identify and match candidate’s behavioural traits
• Must be adept in creative recruiting through networking, social media and traditional recruiting methods.
• Must have a proven track record of recruiting through cold calling, as well as lead generation, and have to experience in interview preparation, placement and closing.
• Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.
• Well-versed with job portals like Dice and Monster.
• Hands-on experience sourcing profiles from LinkedIn.
• Must be determined to succeed, and willing to work hard.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive “get-it-done” attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
