Experience : 1-5 years
Qualification : At-least Bachelors
Attend incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to various departments.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Works as an in charge of all front desk operations.
Visitors management.
Upkeep of reception area.
Coordination with the HR and other support areas.
General administration in office and front office area.
Management of the front desk.
Job Requirement
Excellent telephone etiquette and attention towards personal grooming
Knowledge of working in MS Office,Excel and Internet
Pleasing personality, customer-focused, and hard working person
Good in communication
