Role: Treasury Analyst

Location: Bangalore, IN (UK/US Shift)

About the role

The Global Treasury Analyst, part of Aptean Finance Team will be responsible for operational banking activities and assist in cash management for global Aptean entities serving to regions like North America, EMEA, UK, DAC and APAC, as well as other global Treasury processes and projects.

You will also:

• Manage daily and weekly actual cash reporting
• Assist in quarterly cash flow forecasting
• Monitor cash balances among all entities and assist with intercompany funding including FX spot trades
• Assist in managing global relationships with banks and other financial vendors
• Administrator for online bank platforms and review/approve online payments
• Assist in integration of bank activities for acquisitions, including gaining access to existing bank accounts and transitioning to global bank
• Manage KYC inquires for existing banks
• Liaison and address internal customer queries related to cash activities and responsible for inquires related to audits
• Update and ensure compliance with Treasury policies and procedures
• Ad-hoc Treasury projects as assigned

You must also be

• Bachelor’s degree (ideally Finance or Accounting) required. MBA is optional.
• 2-4 years of experience in global treasury management is required
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft office product suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, etc.)
• Attention to details, flexible, excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and quickly react to changing priorities
• Strong communication and team-building skills are essential
• Fluency in English required
• Experience in managing a small team will be added advantage
• Good at taking ownership for existing as well as new additional responsibilities and delivering to the KRA’s to the internal stakeholder at other US/UK counterparts.
