Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong communication abilities and competent in English
• Experience with AR Follow-up and Managing Denials
• Thorough understanding of the US Healthcare revenue processes
• Outstanding analytical and comprehension skills

Job Duties:

• Examine claims from providers that insurance companies haven’t settled
• Communicate with insurance companies to determine the status of claims via phone or payer websites, and request necessary information from insurers. Clarify denials and underpayments with insurers and prepare appeal packets for submission when required
• Make necessary claim corrections based on responses/findings and resubmit/refile as needed
• Record actions taken in the claims billing system
• Meet daily performance standards
• Enhance proficiency in CPT and DX Codes. Execute collections with a persuasive approach.

Job Location: Bangalore, Salem, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Night shift (US Shift) (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

Work Days: 5 days a week
