Infrastructure Engineer II
Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
Providing data and root cause analysis for each service impacting incident with all possible actions for improvement or resolution. Occasional, weekend on-call support.
Provide extensive support Azure AD space for App Registrations.
In-depth knowledge of SSO and MIM in Microsoft Azure cloud.
Participate in the design and migration of system environments on our MS Azure
Provide advanced support and resolutions of incidents and problems in our MS Azure environments
Participate on occasion in solutions design
Participate in the management of monitoring (SCOM, PRTG), updating (Windows Updates, SCCM, Orchestrator), and reporting tools
Knowledge of UiPath for supporting RPA teams
Knowledge of Azure MFA, Azure Identity.
Azure Cloud Shell (Powershell) knowledge to manage resources on Azure Resource Manager
Under moderate supervision is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the infrastructure. This involves analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing the infrastructure. This may also involve monitoring and controlling the performance and status of the infrastructure. This role will also support and maintain the infrastructure. This may include evaluating and making recommendations in enhancements to the existing infrastructure.
• Plan, engineer, and design the infrastructure.
• Develop and configure the infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization using various computer platforms to include test, debug, performance analysis, and document infrastructure components.
• Implement the infrastructure by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure, using technical tools and utilities, performing complex product customization, and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure the successful installation of systems hardware/software.
• Implement test plans (including functionality, integrity, and stress testing, test matrices, and definition of test methodologies and strategy.
• Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.

Experience working with Thycotic.
Experience in working with issues and support related to Yubikey/Duo L2 Knowledge.
