Job Title: Director of Operations – Bundelkhand

Purpose: The Director of Operations will oversee the operational aspects of the organization’s projects in Bundelkhand, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and contribute to the organization’s mission of fostering sustainable development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate all operational aspects of its projects in Bundelkhand.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure efficient and effective implementation of projects, meeting all objectives and deadlines.
• Lead and support the regional team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies to support project implementation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational budgets and resources.
• Utilize business acumen to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 13+ years of experience in an operational leadership role within the development sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs and teams.
• Strong understanding of financial and resource management.
• Experience in government liaising and strategic planning.

• Experience in the Bundelkhand region.
• Strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders.
