Job Title: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Recruiter cum Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and performing HR generalist duties for an Automobile company. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for sales roles and a strong background in HR generalist duties, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist duties
• Experience recruiting for sales roles in the Automobile industry preferred
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures

Working Conditions:

This position is located in an office environment and requires regular business hours. Some evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹420,000.00 per year
