MBA s need not apply; Engineers need not apply.
T he graduation must be through a full time, regular day course.

Not more than 26yrs, age can be relaxed for experienced candidates
Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Experience
0 to 1 yrs yrs of experience in Institutional sales/ technical role preferred. Any experience in paint workshop/application process will be a benefit.

Knowledge of written and spoken English

Computers
Preferably have knowledge of computers (MS Office). Will be required for reporting on the training status across locations. Also to develop training material.
Job description for Executive I – Customer Service Technologist:
· Visiting sites within the Division where CSO visit is reqd Proper analysis/investigation of Complaint
– Ensuring that Compensation decision is in-line with Company philosophy
· Effective handling of Customers & Complaints
· Providing Count support to team via phone/email
– Managing Complain Reporting Processes in Division
· Coordinate ensuring the benchmarks are adhered to
– Enabling Complaint handling amongst the Team
· Interacting with the team & sharing knowledge Training the team
· CRM system and inputs required Training the team handling Customers and Complaints Maintaining contact frequency with all units in the Division
– Tracking & Documenting Market Practices
· Ensuring contact with applicators during unit/market visits
· Regularity of gathering data.
– Proper documentation of data
· Providing Field Support to Technology/ Marketing and Plant 1 Providing support for conducting field trials in case required as part of Complaint
