We are hiring immediately Female Finance Executive with 6 years of of job experience to Assist Finance Manager in all day to day & other activities related to Finance.
Qualification : B.Com / M.Com Preferably with MBA – Finance.
Age : 30 Years & above
Candidate from in and around Chennai City (Guindy), Chengalpattu, (Maraimalai Nagar) & Tambaram are preferable
01) Thorough Knowledge in Tally Latest Version & MS – Office is “A” Must.
02) Sales Invoices , Purchase Bills , Bank Receipts & Payments, Credit Notes & Debit Notes entries in Tally.
03) Reconcilation of Customers / Suppliers Ledger Accounts.
04) Bank Reconcilation Work.
05) TDS Deductions & TDS and TCS Payments online on Monthly Basis.
06) Making RM Payments and Sundry Creditors through RTGS.
07) Employess Salary & Wages Prepration, EPF & ESI Prepration and Payments.
08) Annual Bonus Working & Full and Final Settlement of Employess.
09) Petty Cash Handling.
10)Daily Bank Work, Submission of Export Bills & Shipping Bills to the Bank.
11) MIS – Daily, Weekly & Monthly Prepration & Submission.
