SCHOOL ACCOUNTANT

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fees Collection & follow up with parents who have not paid..

• Manage petty cash accounts.
• Keeping track of all the monetary transactions at the location.
• Entry in tally software.
• Familiar with ERP Accounting Module

• Admissions processing.& maintain records of all admissions.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Prepare and analyse account reconciliations.
• Prepare and verify daily reports.
• Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.
• Reconcile bank account.
• Prepare & Compile monthly reports & expenses.
• Prepare labels and maintain files as needed within the department.
• Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.
• Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll related items.
• Assist the school office for various common responsibilities Other allied work.

• Monitoring spending and budgeting.
• Internal auditing and analyzing financial performance.
• Interacting with Parents.
• Advising on how to reduce cost and increasing profit.
• Compiling and presenting budget report.
• Financial statement record comply with laws and regulations.
• Keeping account book and system up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent English Communication
• Graduation/PG with Commerce
• Good Computer Skills along with Tally
• Experience of 7 -8 years in accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
