Yash Consultant Hiring for Academic Counsellor – Only Freshers at Mumbai Full Time

Job Description –

• Generate employment opportunities for learners by establishing and maintaining productive industry partnerships with our existing and new clients.
• Correspond with prospective companies and arrange on interviews.
• Assist learners in identifying employment options that match their career interests.
• Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers from various industries.
• Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation and interviews (phone and in-person)
• Counsel, prepare, and enhance the hiring potential of learners.
• Ensuring achievements of the placement targets.

Requirement –

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to update and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
• Ability to network with Corporate clients to aggregate open positions.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with candidates.
• Patient, dynamic, pleasing and impressive personality.
• Have an innovative approach.
• Willingness to take up challenges.

Working hours – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Week Off – 2 Saturdays off and all Sundays off (5 Days a Week)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
