The Senior Manager Recruiting, leveraging his/her prior experience in a high-growth, high volume, deadline-driven environment, plays an integral role in helping us achieve our mission. S/he is responsible for fulfilling candidates for a variety of job levels within all functional areas- including operations, client-facing, analytics, technology, software development and administrative functions—and building a steady, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to support the hiring efforts of the company. The Senior Manager Recruiting will work in Chennai office, and will report directly to the Director of Recruiting. You’re passionate about recruiting and are a valued partner to the organizations you support. You have a few years of recruiting experience. We work consultatively with our hiring managers, developing strategies & execute on them to find the best candidates for our organization. Oh, and we love our swanky offices.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools
• Identify and implement improvements to internal team recruiting experience by establishing standards and SLAs for communication and internal decision-making
• To Manage a team and build effective and successful recruiting strategies, systems and processes which are scalable for a fast-paced and growing organization
• To incorporating best practices from the industry, data, and latest trends driven by your customer’s need
• Collaborate with the senior leaders and HR teams to steer & lead recruiting programs (e.g. campus recruiting, internship programs, walk-in or weekend drive, branding) that effectively generate qualified leads;
• Drive the development of local recruiting programs that are transformative & support long term goals.
• Monitor pipeline by functional area and job level, and organize sourcing activity based upon candidate patterns;
• Proactively take suitable measures & actions to provide a great candidate experience
• Analyze recruiting metrics (quality, time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction survey results, etc.) with manager & director and implement creative strategies to overcome performance gaps;
• Analyze ROI of recruiting initiatives for future planning;
• Closely partner & work with hiring managers to identify ideal candidate profiles, which entails gaining a firm understanding of athena’s culture and business needs;
• Collaborate with the hiring managers and other members of the HR team to monitor and adapt Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with 12 – 16 years of relevant recruiting experience in a business services / technology industry preferred;
• Experience in Ability to work effectively with teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
• Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing.
• Ability to recruit passive and active candidates.
• Experience in working with Product / niche technology requirement is a bonus.

• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment;
• Skilled at navigating and executing work in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment
• Possess strategic mindset along with problem-solving capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with data, trends and metrics

• Strong stakeholder management should have the ability to manage senior stakeholders confidently & build trust.
• Exhibited integrity in both business and personal ethics;
