ATHREYA RETAIL PVT LTD Hiring for Garments Production Manager/Supervisor at Chennai Full Time

Should be able Work with team of 50 blue collared workers(tailors/stores assistants)

Plan and schedule export orders .

Procure raw material required for the purpose of orders in a timely manner to prevent delays.

Able to handle employee greviances

Track wages and payment

Good knowledge of computer and software.

Make the team work consistently and motivate them to achieve goals on time.

Follow all order delivery schedules and make amend and inform accordingly if necessary.

Create/follow clear operational process in place to bring efficiency in the system .

Follow up with various branches and teams to communicate information relating to dates and schedules of delivery.

Liason with accounts department on wage and payment of staff.

Should compulsory.know Tamil and should have previous experience in the garment industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per month
