Customer Service Job Responsibilities:

 Knowledge of complete Export documentation.

 Knowledge of Incoterms & Payment modes.

 Coordination with overseas agents on daily basis.

 Co-ordination with various department and provide the updated information / reports to the customer.

 Handling the query of customers and internal team through mail & phone calls

 Tracking the shipment regularly and updating to all the concerned parties.

 Coordination with shipping line and co-loaders on regular basis.

 Independently Handling pre-shipments and post-shipments documents.

 Preparing Daily Shipment Report for regular tracking purpose.

 knowledge in calculations of freight (Ocean & Air)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
